Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for 
international orders. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, email mail@orsc.run with your order number.
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 
10 business days of us receiving the item.

EXCHANGES
For international orders, we recommend placing a new order 
and returning the original item, as exchange shipping across 
borders takes 3–4 weeks.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with photos 
within 7 days. We will cover all costs in these cases.
